It serves as an intermediary between code and OpenAI’s python library- capturing all OpenAI API requests and providing users with the ability to search and examine their request history on the PromptLayer dashboard. To utilize PromptLayer- users must first create an account and generate an API key. By installing PromptLayer through pip and including the pl_tags argument- users can seamlessly integrate it with OpenAI APIs- thereby facilitating request tracking and grouping on the dashboard.
